Ogilvy & Mather is a firm supporter of Living Wage South Bank and an accredited London Living Wage employer.  It has been great to see how the project has engaged employers. These represent a wide range of sectors and industries, and the initiative as allowed them to understand the business benefits of not only becoming an accredited employer, but also the value of promoting and communicating the fact that they are accredited.

Living Wage South Bank has helped businesses learn more on the views and perspectives of consumers on this issue, and how local residents view South Bank as area of economic opportunity, particularly in terms of applying for jobs.  Recruiting and retaining local people is increasingly a business priority for many employers in South Bank and elsewhere in London.

Please vote for South Bank London in the British BIDs awards so that they can continue their important work in this area. Nina Jasinski – Chief Marketing Officer Ogilvy & Mather

Coin Street Community Builders pays the London Living Wage. The Living Wage model fits well with Coin Street’s values and, by paying it, we are joining other employers who voluntarily take a stand to ensure their employees can earn a wage which is enough to live on. That basic fairness is at the heart of the campaign and why great businesses and organisations choose to go further than the government minimum. Please vote for the South Bank BID to help increase recognition of the campaign and their work in the area. Louise King – Head of Communications Coin Street Community Builders
