Super Nature: Workshops now live!

Super Nature is London’s first art fair dedicated to art inspired by plants. The Museum will be filled with a curated selection of 25 artists selling affordable artworks from 28-29 March. Visitors will also have the chance to create art inspired by plants themselves, as these exhibiting artists are hosting a weekend of workshops filled with flowers, colour and creativity:

Abstract Floral and Foliage Painting with Laura Gee

Learn how to create your own expressive floral paintings in this workshop hosted by Laura Gee. This is the perfect workshop for beginners, experimenting with mediums including acrylic, oil, pastel and crayons.

Flower Pressing with JamJar Flowers

Learn the art of flower pressing in this hands-on workshop. Create your own pressed flower artwork using pre-pressed garden flowers and a delicate brass frame, learning how to successfully press seasonal flowers and retain their colour.

Botanical Drawing with Oak Gall Ink

Illustrator Sarah Jane Humphrey will guide you in drawing techniques and observational studies of seasonal plants and foliage in this botanical illustration workshop using oak gall ink. Foraged from woodlands in Cornwall, oak gall is a historical and indelible ink dating back centuries.
